don't turn around

it takes a lot to shock me. but i have never been so apalled in my life, or as offended, as i was today. i got on the bus from town and a gang of little chavs got on as well. they proceeded to say things that i would not even repeat, and after they'd been threatened to be chucked off twice and most of the other passengers who were telling them to shut up had left, they turned their attention to me. two of them were playing like they were having homosexual relations in the seat next to me and the others were making comments to me that i will not even repeat. the mildest were about my hairy arms, how americans were fat after all, and references to me as being a prostitute. normally quick with smart remarks, i was left completely speechless. i could not even believe the things that were coming from the mouths of these children. needless to say, it was the longest bus ride ever.
