a million miles away i would keep myself

i cannot believe dr. dove counts final exams for 30 to 40% of our grade. i had a b before i went into that exam, and came out with a d! totally screwed up gpa, now. this has been the worst semester ever. i hope next is better. i'm gonna work really hard in the beginning of the semester so i don't get frustrated and give up on trying to catch up. i'm going to be in europe. i'll go to scotland, maybe wales, maybe some other places like italy or something...
right now i am listening to "skills for success" on cassette, which my dad wants me to hear..."you too will sharpen your skills for success..." *cue dramatic music*
i have no idea what to expect from school, or from me, next semester. it starts in just a couple of weeks. so much for a long christmas break. but that's ok, i guess. i'll get five months of summer when i come back if i go back to school at lander. time to work i guess, so that i can pay for school and bills and stuff. i'm sure the three months i'm gone will go by pretty quickly. i just hope i'm able to come up with enough money that i can do some travelling and come back with a few things.
and thus i've posted another boring string of characters...
