blogging

wondering on the satisfaction level of blogging, seeing as how anyone that may want to read your blog may also know you aside from said blog, preventing any very personal, private thoughts from entering the current ranting or musing (unless the blogger doesn't mind all acquaintances knowing the personal, intimate thoughts the blogger holds...)
also currently wondering about the possibility of attending school somewhere else, like say, scotland. what would that take, and would i be able to do it through lu? how realistic is the idea?
